REGISTRATION

**Registration - $250 (One-Time Fee)**  
Welcome to the beginning of your exciting journey! Our registration process includes two engaging 45-minute video calls with your dedicated coach, a personalized training plan crafted just for you, and your first month of coaching to kickstart your progress.

TRAINING PLANS

**Tier 1 - Monthly Plan - $100/month**  
Experience tailored guidance with the Tier 1 plan! This individual training program is developed in monthly blocks, allowing you to follow the plan independently. At the end of each month, we'll connect for a video call to review your achievements and plot out the next month’s goals. This plan is perfect for new runners or those looking to enhance their conditioning, speed, and strength without a specific race on the horizon. All training plans are conveniently delivered via Google Docs.

**Tier 2 - Monthly Plan - $200/month**  
Elevate your training with the interactive Tier 2 plan! Designed for those targeting an “A” race in the next 6 to 12 months, this personalized program allows for ongoing communication with your coach. You'll receive a customized training plan, weekly reviews to ensure you're on track, unlimited email and text support, and two 45-minute video coaching sessions each month. This plan is perfect for ultra runners eager to tackle their next big challenge or for newbs wanting to train for their first ultra marathon! All raining plans are also delivered via Google Docs.

  • You will receive the most updated Researched and Evidence-Based Coaching in the industry.​
  • Your Coaching Plan is a "Live Document"... update your mileage and feedback on your plan and coach will respond by email and make adjustments to the run distances or frequencies as your training progresses.
  • Coaching plans will be reviewed on Friday and Monday of each week.
  • Coaching calls will be scheduled on Tuesdays or Thursdays only.
  • You will have access to the Private Ultra Ladies Coaching Portal to network with other like-minded Ladies and enhance your training with Ultra Mama's Coaching Corner articles, news and updates.

DISCOUNT OPTIONS

**3-Month Plan - $540**  
Take advantage of our 3-Month Plan for only $540, and enjoy a fantastic 10% discount while receiving three full months of coaching support!

**6-Month Plan - $1020**  
Invest in your running journey with our 6-Month Plan, featuring a generous 15% discount and six months of dedicated coaching to help you achieve your goals!

ADDITIONAL FEES

**Additional Coaching Calls - $50 Each (45 Minutes)**  
Need a little extra guidance? You can easily schedule additional coaching calls at this rate.

**Major Plan Revisions - $100**  
Should your schedule change or if new races come up, a $100 fee will apply for significant revisions to your training plan to keep you aligned with your goals. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS


**NEW CLIENTS - FIRST PAYMENT**
Please pay through ULTRA SIGNUP and select "Registration - $250" which will include an Ultra Signup processing fee of $19.75 for a total of $269.75. Please answer all the registration questions that include a Coaching Assessment which is a required document for each new client. 

**SUBSEQUENT PAYMENTS**
To avoid Ultra Signup processing fees, subsequent payments may be made with...

REFUNDS: While life changes may sometimes alter your training, refunds will not be profided. However any unused coaching fees will be credited to future coaching fees when you resume coaching.

My Coaching style is "woman-centered" that incorporates "MIND-BODY CONNECTION". This is a holistic and client-centered approach that focuses on empowering individuals' actualization of potential and embodied transformation through guided imagery and visualization techniques combined with a personalized plan to help you meet your running goals. My UESCA Certification in Endurance Nutrition will help you build the strongest body for running and recovery. I believe in creating a balance between running and life. While you will have a training plan to follow, the plan is a living document that can change according to your needs as an athlete, to build the strongest, most confident version of yourself while maintaining balance with the important parts of your life that also matter (partner, family, work and more). 

Coaching is a partnership between people. I have obligations to be a Responsible Coach You have obligations to be a Coachable Athlete. 

Being a responsible coach means I agree to...
-Keep all client information as confidential
-Help you identify and achieve your short term and long term race goals
-Use your feedback to create the safest and and effective training plan for you. I will monitor your progress for improvement and be alert to signs and symptoms of overtraining or injury. 
-Coach the whole athlete; encourage improvements in nutrition, lifestyle, stress reduction, etc. I will be open to constructive feedback about my coaching 


Being a Coachable Athlete means You agree to...
-Provide the information I need to create the optimum training plan for you; personal information – medical, work, home, schedules, etc.
-Maintain a healthy lifestyle conducive to improving your Fitness, Nutrition, Wellness and Balance.
-To the best of your ability, follow the plan I create for you. (If you would like to make big changes to the plan, lets’ discuss it beforehand, not after you change it)... Example, turning a “training run” into a race or adding bonus miles to your run.
-Be on time for Telephone Appointments and Emails
-Have your training plan updated on time and before each appointment.
-Have your training plan open during calls.
-Have paper and pen to take notes
-Give me the opportunity to give you information... Sometimes runners just want to vent but you are paying me to teach you!
